I've been looking for the solution to the printing issue we are having. It is only happening on the Self Service page when the user tries to print from file > print. Only a blank screen is printed, i have attached a pdf example of what is printed.
From the Web Desk there is a print icon at the top of the page that works fine as does file > print.
Do anyone know where the page code is for the self service page or are there any specific settings that you know of for the Self Service and Web Desk?
