How do I create groups in Self Service Desk?

Please would anyone please kindly help me?

I can create groups while switched to the Web Desk. I just right click in groups area and there's the New group..., Delete group..., etc.

But when I switch to Self Service Desk, the right click is for internet explorer's properties.

When I switch to Self Service, the display shows a small login at the upper right, then Home. Above Home is Search, and next to it is the Switch to Web Desk then Help. Those are it. I right click in the body, it says "Add new gadget", "Add new column" and "Remove column".

Our LANDesk Service Desk is 7.6

Is creating groups in Self Service possible? if so, please can anyone please kindly help me how?
