show related CI's Incident

Hi,

I am looking for a way to get when creating an incident by selecting a CI and then clicking on hyperlink to show on the CI windows a collection of

related incidents of the selected CI

the aim is to see ( when creating ticket / select CI ) all existing tickets on CI

My proposition was :

1- Create a new collection of Incident on Configuration Item object

2- Set Default Query on Incident Object that returns all incidents

3- Add collection attribute on CI windows

I wonder why it is not working ( please see attached image) : collection is not populated

For information, I have done this with User object and it worked fine showing all related User's Incident (  from Incident form ==> User hyperlink)
