I am unable to connect Mailbox can anyone guide me what could be the reason why i am getting failed to connect error. Actually i have used existing Database (SQL Server) for new instance after executing Script Cleardown Incidents, Problems, Changes and Calls (version 7.4 + for SQL & Oracle) including Request and HR https://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-22483 .
Have i missed something or any addition need to be made. Please guide
