Associate a Window and a Process

Wish I had actually done something in anger back in January straight after my bootcamp training because five months on even simple things seem complicated.

Okay so I have

   a window             Request Management.Request.Dev01RequestWindow

   and a process     Request Management.Request.Dev01RequestProcess

These were created by copy and renaming an existing window and an existing process.

But how do I get the two linked together and available for use on the self service portal.
