Problem with Concurent License

Hi All,

Our coustomer using LANDesk 7.5.1 with SQ Server Database, They have 10 concurrent license and 13 fixed license (see attached).

Problem appear when they analyst(non fixed user license) log on to Application. Error capture see attached file.

I already checked session in "query user session". there are no analyst logon, except user "system".

I have already reset IIS. but the error still appear.

Is anyone know how to fix this problem?
