CTOS Troubleshooting HP Thin Client

I am having some problems with CTOS when imaging a HP WES 7 Thin Client and I have referenced the article below.

How to troubleshoot the Configure Target OS (CTOS) action in Provisioning templates

I couple things I have noticed.

1. The ldprovisioning folder is being downloaded to the C drive.
2. CTOS is not adding the lines mentioned in the link above into my unattend file that is saved in c:\Windows\System32\sysprep\unattend.xml

   3.  If I manually run c:\ldprovisioning\ldprovisioning.cmd.  The file rainstall.exe does not install even when running it as administrator and the computer cannot start cba8 service.

As a test I ran rainstall.exe as administrator and provisioning continued and successfully completed.

• Does anyone know what causes provisioning to not update the unattend.xml file?
• Why wont "rainstall.exe" install using the full command with switches in the ldprovisioning.cmd file?
