Hi - this may be an obvious one, but my question relates to the Audit Trail. We're on LANDesk Service Desk 7.2.6.
We do not want the 'tree' view to be visible on Incidents, Problems, or Changes. It doesn't serve any purpose for viewing and analysts just find it confusing as it doesn't have any coherent logic, it's just a bunch of collections rather than the chrnological list of events in the audit trail.
Failing this, is there a setting to make the default the audit trail appear instead of tree view when opening?
If not I will probably raise as an enhancement request.
