We encountered a problem yesterday (30th January) when trying to change to the next month (February) using a DateTime control. The right arrow to move to February gave no response but the left arrow would move to December (and subsequently the right arrow then allowed January to be selected but not February). After a bit of playing around, we found that the problem was with the pre-selected date of 30th January - clicking the right arrow for February was trying to select 30th February which obviously does not exist.
We found a work around which was to select a day in the current month which exists in the next month then try again, eg select 24th January then click the right arrow which highlights 24th February. This appears to be a problem with any current day of the month which doesn't exist in the following month (March 31st, May 31st etc) and only happens in Web Desk and Self Service but not in the console.
Has anybody else encountered this and if so, is there a solution? Our work around isn't really suitable long term and we don't really want to have to explain it to users in any window where they might come across the problem as it is bound to confuse matters!
