Unable to add new action to an object collection

Hello,

hope you can help.

I'm creating a new process and I need a new manual action relating to the Incident object.

There is already an action for the collection object I want to refer to but I want to create a new one with a different name.

When I go into the Incident, object, highlight the collection attribute and select 'Manage Actions', the 'ADD' option is greyed out.

Am I missing something?
