Remote Control option not available for Windows 10 client
We installed the EPM agent on our first Windows 10 client but the ability to Remote Control from the Ivanti Management Console is not available (completely not listed vs. greyed out). We also noticed that even forcing a full Inventory scan does not report anything back to the Core. Based on the last update timestamp, it looks like it only registered with the core on the initial install of the agent which we ran manually on the machine.
Remote Control does work, however, via the web console. Not sure where to start. Appreciate any inputs.
How to update the file path of linked documents
We just installed a new server and installed Goldmine 2018.1. We have a quoting software that integrates with Goldmine and a link to the quote document is saved in Goldmine. When the quoting software ware was moved, the path to the quote documents changed so now all of the links that pointed to the old sever are broken. Is there any quick way to fix all of these links without going through hundreds of them one by one?

Moin zusammen,
bisher haben wir die Treiber immer mit pnputil und über den Software Shop installiert. Allerdings fand ich das immer schon etwas umständlich.
Daher wollte ich diesmal bei einem Projektdrucker der über USB angeschlossen wird die DSM Treiber Installation nutzen.
Alles ist wie erwartet. Drucker wird angesteckt. Paket läuft los. Dann kommt allerdings ein Popup, das nach Adminrechten verlangt (dafür hab ich doch DSM )
Treiber ist WHQL zertifiziert.

Ich nehme an, dass er bei der Installation iwas in Programfiles ablegen will.
Gibts hier als Workaround nur, dass doch pnputil benutzt, aber dann im Treiberpaket?

Xtraction DSM Dashboards available?
Hey guys,
Ive tried my first xtraction installation and followed the installation guide. This was working very well and I could get it to run in the first try. Very good documentation at this point, thank you!
But now im at the point where ive to import or create the dashboards. I would like to use xtraction for ivanti DSM (HEAT Software) and looking for the OOTB Dashboard.
Ive found the connector and the data model in the zip file from the license portal. In this file there a several dashboards for other ivanti products, but nothing for DSM. Ive tried the search function in the community but couldnt find anything about it. Are there some OOTB dashboards available for Ivanti DSM?

Install file won't launch data retrieval
Trying to install remote with installation file on a Win 10 machine and the GM install runs but doesn't automatically go into data retrieval after the install. Have tried turning off UAC, anti-virus, running as administrator, launching the batch file from an elevated command prompt. Nothing works.
Data import: two domains in AD with 365 and local
I have two domains (com = office 365 and loc) in AD, when I connect with the data import, it only brings loc users, no 365 users (com). Any Ideas to connect the two? Thaks.
Workspace Search Issue
Hello Everyone,
I noticed an issue in couple of environments running Service Desk v2017.3 and using Workspace. They are not able to type more the ONE letter at a time in the search field. If I click on the word Search I will be able to type normally without any issues.

and i'm selecting the [process and template] ,,
when try to click on start project it gives me this error:

I check the template designer for that template and its using the same process : ,,

Set AAC to Restricted - Allow Everything
I found out (and vaguely remember) executing files from the network is blocked by default. I located this tidbit from the AC Guide:
Network folders/shares are denied by default. So, if the file resides on a network folder, the file or
folder must be added to the rule as an allowed item. Otherwise, even if the file passes Trusted
Ownership checking, the rule will not allow access.
I would like to allow everything by default while having AAC set to restricted thus reserving the ability to block items as needed. A search revealed a post suggesting adding \\*\* to allow network share executables.
Is there an advanced setting/engineering key I can add to allow 100% of everything unless explicitly denied? If not, what needs to be added or changed to make this work so I can strictly use AC as a blacklisting tool?

Is it possible to deactivate the cart in self service mobile.
When you choose an item from the service catalog you click on the button submit and many users think it is done. But to submit you have to look at what is in your cart and then “Submit cart”.
To make it easier for the users I would like to skip the cart. We don’t have any service requests which need a payment.
Office 2010 customized quick toolbar settings not saving
Using RES ONE Workspace to capture various settings in combination with Windows roaming profiles for a Windows 2012 R2 published desktop. Using the pre-built "Microsoft Word 2010" template under User Settings. Have received reports from users and have tested this and the modifications to the quick toolbar are not being captured at logoff and applied at logon. I access the published desktop and goto the location where this file is supposed to be created "%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\" and I see nothing there at start. When I open Word, modify the toolbar, I then see the "word.officeui" file created. This matches up to the file that is supposed to be captured by RES ONE. When I log off, then logon again, that file is again missing. Other custom and pre-built User Setting captures are working, but not the "officeui" ones for Word, Excel or Outlook. Where am I going wrong? How can I log what is happening or not happening? Thanks!

Settings applying for all users including administrator
Fairly new to Environment Manager and still getting to grips with it. I've setup various nodes to delete different files and folder at logon, delete/create registry keys etc and all working as it should, but the settings are applying for all users that logon including any administrators and i can't for the life of me figure out why. I know I can set a User condition for Is Administrator but it doesn't seem to be applying. Any ideas what I'm dong wrong? Thanks. Phil
Customer field blank when opening a service request, yet appears as should in list view in the "Customer Name" column heading.
Hi people,
One of our SDA's reported an issue that I can't work out;
The service request was created by the service desk on behalf of a customer and assigned to another team. When a member of that tried to fulfil the request this error is shown;
And rightly so as the customer field is blank also not editable, however when list view is selected the customer's name is shown as should in the "Customer Name" column.
This is the second time that this has happened. The first I think I ran a "Close Service Request" quick action whilst in list view, which didn't really resolve the issue.

What updates have been released recently
I am hopnig to find a resource to list software updates for various products that have been released by Patchlink. I have the recent changes in the SCCM console but want to know what changes are being released without just trusting that SCCM download process is working normally. Are there are RSS feeds, email lists, or other information available from Ivanti that lists released updates?
In the past month we have seen far less updates come into the system that we normally see in a month,
