Der Netzwerkpfad wurde nicht gefunden. (0x00000035)

Hallo

hat jemand eine Idee warum das passiert.

Wir haben immer mal wieder 1 oder 2 Rechner die mit diesem Fehler (Der Netzwerkpfad wurde nicht gefunden. (0x00000035)) die Installation abbrechen.

Es passiert an unterschiedlichen PC Modellen, Unterschiedlichen Netzwerk Karten z.B. "Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection" oder "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I219-LM".

nach einem Reboot geht wieder alles ohne Fehler.

es gab mal eine Post hier im Forum aber da ist nix draus geworden. Der Netzwerkpfad wurde nicht gefunden

Wo könnte man da zum suchen anfangen?

missing red green orange labels for machines

Hi all,

 

since two days i have the problem that in my view the green ( red orange ) labels. Please  see the screenshot attached.

 

I also have no option to add any other columns. Other colleagues will see much more.

 

Can you please help me how to bring back the coloured labels.

Also the green marked are buttons are not acitve - how can i activate them?

Landesk Integration with Remedy (CMDB)

Hi There,

 

Has anybody integrated LDMS with Remedy's Atrium (CMDB) ? i dont have the AM module in LDMS, but still want to integrate into Atrium... Are there any integration docs ? (remembering i dont have AM available in LD to use)

agent blocks .bat file from GPO

I have made an GPO on Windows Server 2016 that runs a .bat file when logging off and on.

But when I activate the agent (pfwsmgr.exe) also with a GPO then my script does not work.

 

Any idea to unblock this?

And yes. I know I can do it with Workspace

Hallo, wie würdet ihr unter Windows 10 neu installierte Clients im AD in die jeweilig für euch richtige OU schieben, sagen wir z.b. Tablet und Notebooks in eine andere OU als Desktop PCs und VDI Clients wieder wo anders hin (einfach weil jeweils andere GPO greifen sollen).

Link erstellen und "Als anderen Benutzer ausführen" verwenden

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich bräuchte mal einen Tipp:

Ich möchte den TeamViewer Quick Support verteilen und dazu zwei Verknüpfungen erstellen. Die erste Verknüfpung ruft den TeamViewerQS direkt auf, das ist kein Problem.

 

Jetzt kann es aber sein, dass der angemeldete Benutzer keine Rechte hat, ins Internet zu gehen. Hierzu müsste der TeamViewer dann mit einem anderen Benutzer gestartet werden. Mit Windows direkt würde man mit der Shift-Taste die Verknüpfung mit der rechten Maustaste anklicken und hier "Als anderen Benutzer ausführen" auswählen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diesen Dialog auch direkt über einen Link aufzurufen? Ich kann natürlich auch RunAs.exe verwenden, aber hier muss ich ja einen Benutzer angeben (und dieser soll nicht fest hinterlegt werden), was heißt, ich muss noch ein Batchfile (alternativ auch PowerShell oder VBScript) dazu schreiben.Ich hätte das aber gerne direkt in der Verknüpfung hinterlegt. :-)

Add new Object to My Item

Hi,

 

I have created a completely new object called "ColleagueRelationCase". I have set this up so that it has related objects like how CI is configured out of the box. I have successfully been able to implement functionality so that My Item records are created corresponding to this object.

 

My problem is that I am struggling to create form offerings. Below is the error I am getting:

 

 

I have tried two different layouts. One that I have created, and one that was auto-generated. What am I missing?

 

The second question I have is: What determines which objects show in the "Business Object" drop-down in the above image? It might be useful if I could specify the object to be one of the sub-objects of ColleagueRelationCase.

 

I am running version 2015.2.2

Import Contact to Goldmine from Excel Spreasheet

Hello,

 

I am very knew on Goldmine and tried to import contacts from an Excel Spreasheet to the CRM but wasn't successful.

 

I had a look at the GMPE User Guide and followed the steps with the help of someone in our IT Department.

 

First, on the Excel Spreadsheet, on GM Plus, we get an pop up window saying that "the range has at least one field that has an invalid character in its name" but we can't see it...

Then, if we choose to ignore it and do the mapping, at the end, it simply says that Goldmine Plus for Microsoft Excel could not read the Excel data for Import"

 

Has anyone had that issue before?

2018-01 and 2018-02 Windows patches not showing as applicable on airgap EMSS

Has anyone had issues with the 2018-01 and 2018-02 Windows patches not showing up as applicable in their airgap EMSS installations? For reference we're running Windows 7 x64 and Windows Server 2012 R2. I've tried rebooting our servers, refreshing the cache, deleting the patches / PatchComponents/GSSComponents and moving them back over from the internet facing EMSS server, but no dice.

Is it possible to a LIKE search in a expression

Is it possible to do a like or contains within an expression? For example, I was trying to do something like this.

if ParameterName in ("%ABC%") then " " else " "

 

This expression works, but I have to list the parameters. I was wanting to use a wildcard search instead since they all have similar names.

Failed to download patches. Error code 12

Hi

 

When we try to download patches using Landesk, it fails with next error message in vulscan.log:

I have tried with diferent patches, and error is the same.

 

If we try to download patches accesing URL http://landesk_server/LDLogon/patch/INTL/Citrix/CitrixReceiver4.6.exe , we can do it with no problems.

 

Any ideas?

Service and Categories

Me again!

 

I am struggling on this one.

 

I found the Pick list for Services and Categories, but I can't seem to link them.

 

Here is what I am trying to do.

 

We have a new Cyber Security team

I found the Service List

Service.png

 

Then I found we have a spot called Category of Category?  So I added the one Category he asked for - Malware

category.png

 

Then I started searching on how to link the 2.  I found we have this custom pick list - MLSE Actual subcategory by Service and Category...

 

And this is where I am stuck.

 

When I open the title I have this property value

If I open the Values I have the following

In the values, if I press Add I can see the Cyber Security Service, but not the Malware Category

If I leave Service blank, I can see the Category

It is probably staring me in the face, but I can't seem to find how to link these together.

How to get Requestor/Submitter name to appear in the MyItems > Approval form

Hi All -

 

Does anyone know if it's possible to add or include the requestor/submitter's name in the Approval form?  A manager in our organization clicked on an approval link and it showed the information/fields included within the Service Request, but it doesn't show who requested it.   They asked if we could add it on the form so they would know who requested it before approving/denying.    I know we could include a "Customer name" field or something like that in the Service Request (that would appear on the approval page), but hoping to avoid that and set something up on the form.

Outlook 365 and HEAT Business Rule Monitor 9.7.8

We are going to be upgrading to Office 365 later this year which will require me to upgrade HEAT Call Logging, HEAT Business Rule Monitor, and HEAT Messaging Center to be compatible, as I understand. Ivanti hasn't tested Outlook 365 with HEAT at all yet, so I am asking if anyone here has experience with this. Does it work? Any gotchas? Any tweaks?

 

Any input would be appreciated.

Inventory is not updating

I've made an migration side by side from Ivanti 2016.3 to 2017.3 (in a new server 2012R2)

 

Since then, agents seem to have problems with product deployment and inventory.When I do a manual inventory, it starts to run and after 5 minutes I get the Lost Contact error.I have tried everything I have found on the web, the connectivity seems correct and there is nothing "different" about the old server.

 

 

 

 

Can you help me?

Template is not being picked up - runs through the 40 tries

I'm pretty frustrated with an issue in provisioning.

 

The issue appears with new computers that never have been in the Landesk database or with computers that were deleted because they didn't report in for a longer time.

 

I can choose my templates ( they are all public, so no user authentication), but it just runs through the 40 tries and then I end up where I started. I have to run through this process a couple of times until finally the template gets picked up and executed. This is not the case for machines that already exist in the Landesk database.

 

I'm in contact with Landesk support since 6 weeks, I checked about any cause and went through all troubleshoot steps that I could find here on the community, to no avail.

 

Now I had an idea how to get around this issue.

 

What if I would call a powershell script before launching the template, that checks if the MAC address already exists, and if not it adds an entry via MBSDK ?

 

Is anybody experiencing the same issue, or maybe somebody can help me to get further with my idea ? I don't know how to check if a MAC address exists, couldn't find a function that does this.

 

Your help is very much appreciated.

EPM 2017.3

 

Hello, I need to know when new Clients are added to my core, something along the lines of "Clients added between "BeginningDate" to "EndingDate"

I found a couple of old treads referencing the ConfiguredOn registry key, but this seems to refers to when the Agent Configuration was last saved not when it was installed on the client.

 

Any pointers are appreciated.
