I am trying to create a saved search in Heat that will show all Tickets that were reassigned to more than 1 owner.
We have some instances where tasks need to be endorsed/transferred to another technician.
I tried a search using Owner_IsChanged=Yes but it also returned tickets that went from Owner=Blank to Owner=someone which does not satisfy my above conditions.

All of our end users should have the EndUser role but some do not. Is it possible to write a query to identify all of the end users who do not have this role.

Can anyone advise me on how to update parent with the change of status on the child object?
For example, if the
1) Task status = Active, then Incidentstatus = Active,
2) Task status = Resolved, then Incidentstatus = Pending on Veriification,
3) Task status = Cancel, then Incidentstatus = Active
*Task = child object, Incident = parent object
Apparently we cannot manually enter information, i.e. CI Server, if ISM is configured for use with DSM
We will not be using DSM as the majority of the machines we support are off premises and outside our networks.
We know we can import data via flat file, but during early testing and for minor changes later on we want to be able to manually edit the fields outside of the Asset Detail section.
Please give (or point me to ) directions to disable what is apparently a default integration with DSM.
I have not seen much discussion about support for macOS 10.14 on the Ivanti community.
When will Ivanti support 10.14 and will it require a patch for 2017.3 or 2018.1?

I am looking for a way to print a report that shows only companies in a given area. I would prefer to only have a single entry for each company rather than all of the contacts within that company. Just a quick list to plan my travels with on any given day. Otherwise I have to pour over pages and pages.

We are on GMPE 2018.1.0.261 and just recently installed GoldMine Web. Should our F2 Lookup Lists be available in GoldMine Web? When looking at pending or completed activities, what was put in in GMPE has carried over to the web, but in the case of pending activities, you can't change that info. When scheduling activities, you can't use the drop downs.

When a user opens an attachment they will get this error and GM will shut down after they click Ok. Oddly attachments will open the first time and after this the error comes up. Happens with old and new attachments. I sent a test email to a user and they were able to open it a few times but subsequent tries resulted in the error. GM is 2014.2
I have tried to import a calendar file with the feasts of Belgium. Calender file is in the right format, but it is not imported.

Upgraded a client to GoldMine 2018.1.HF-2 yesterday. It installed Microsoft .net framework 4.5 full. The server rebooted, upgrade was completed. This morning their IT consultant sent me the following message.

I have researched this error and it seems related to IIS cypher issue with client. Is the Goldmine server configured to use HTTPS connection with Goldmine clients?
Has anyone ran into this issue, if so what do we need to do to resolve it?

we are in the process of evaluating "Ivanti Migration Manager 10.2" ( https://www.ivanti.com/solutions/unified-endpoint-management/user-profile-migration ) for automated use during OS deployment via EPM.
The tool works fine on it's own, yet we have to automate the process of profile migration during OS deployment.
The product description states: "Ivanti Migration Manager is an easy to use, scalable solution that integrates with Ivanti Unified Endpoint Management solutions to move user profile data to Windows 10. "
From the Migration Manager documentation, I can't find a way to integrate the tool into EPM. To my (current) knowledge, the only way to use MM via EPM is a Software Package running batch/powershell files, which isn't the kind of "integration" I'd expect from the description.
Did I just miss the "Install EPM Add-On here" button ?
I'd greatly appreciate any input.

My ISM has been configured using default setting which will create incident when receive email,
Scenario below occurs:
1. When received an email which subject that does not contain "Incident#" and existing incident number
- a new incident will be created
- email journal does not contains the entry of the incoming email.
2. When received an email which subject contains "Incident#" and existing incident number
- the corresponding existing incident does not have new entry in journal
- new incident will not be created
Does anyone has faced this issue before?

ich kämpfe schon eine Zeit an einen Problem. In einer bestehenden DSM 2018.1 Umgebung habe ich nachträglich APM installiert und aktiviert.
Der Status lautet: Konnte 'https://xml.shavlik.com/data/oem/frontrange/data/91/hf7b.xml' nicht erreichen. Aktion mit dem Fehler 12002 abgebrochen
Kopiere ich die Adresse in den Browser, so komme ich auf die Seite.
Im Logfile finde ich diesen Eintrag:

I'm trying to make Skype for Business 2016 start (and login) on the user's logon.
I've created a User Setting in which the following reg value is added:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"Lync"="\"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Office\\root\\Office16\\lync.exe\" /fromrunkey"
When I logon to the machine Skype does not start. However the user setting is applied.
In the registry the "Run" key I added through the User Registry is renamed to "Run.org" (by RES One I guess).
Any idea how to bypass this and start programs on user logon?
Using RES ONE Workspace 9.10.2.1 SR2 Bronze on Windows Server 2008 R2 (Citrix XenDesktop 7.15).
