We're having a bit of a problem here; We're trying to run an inventory scan for clients' information where we only have name and ip address.
The problem is we always have this same error in the console : "the system cannot find the file specified". We already checked this documentation, changed the path and made sure the file in use was present in the client's folder.
When we checked the log (on the client side) related to the inventory scan, we're having this error :

I have a gadget that displays a list of incidents assigned to the group.
The gadget uses a query with the condition "the value of the attribute is equal to the current group"
For some time, this query did not work correctly.
A similar problem occurs for users who have several support groups, and they constantly change them.
If you change the current group, incidents in the gadget remain from the previous group.
This problem occurs very rarely.
It is treated by switching several times of the current group
We are using version 2017.3
Maybe this is the problem someone already had. I hope for help

In my Self-Service view layout, the end user can saw the activity history.
We show this panel at the right of the page.
My issue is when my Activity History (Red zone) is too much longer (When i have lot of messages), the yellow zone go at the bottom too.
How can i force yellow zone to stay linked to the purple zone ?
I tried to add blank row at the bottom (on the left side) but it's change nothing.

I need to know if it's possible to filter the appointment that are shown in a change calendar in WebAccess; I would like to have a calendar gadget in a dashboard that allows every group to view only their own appointments; do I need to create different calendard, one for every group, or can I have only one calendar and filter the view based on the current group of the logged in user?

We would like the send two different Tasks (Perform Task) to two different departments in one Workflow. Is there a way so that the two departments can execute the tasks in parallel? Now HR have to wait until IT has completed its own Tasks. We already tried it with "Request Another Service" but we have no way the pass the necessary parameters to the new Service. Or did I miss something?
Is it possible to compare an attribute to NULL using the "Compare Attributes" workflow action in RES Identity Director? Or perhaps some other method?

I would like to create a service catalog for having full control on another user mailbox.
For example : User A leave the company, we keep his mailbox for some time.
User B need an access of User A mailbox.
User B go to service catalog and request permission for User A mailbox.
How can i do in workflow for select the manager of UserA for approval.
I know how to select the current user manager for approval (i use default approbation) but i don't know how to select a manager of someone else.

I am getting the above error in the event log after I setup a listener to retrieve e-mails from an o365 mailbox. I installed Mozilla Thunderbird on the same box and this application is able to receive mails on imap 993 fine.

Disclaimer, this may be more of needing help with Office than LanDesk, but I cannot believe I am the first person to want to do this so I thought I would ask within my community. :-)
With the number of updates to office growing weekly, I wanted to include as many as I could in our initial Office 2016 Standard install so my users would not have to wait as long for more updates after they get their new machine. I know a little about the Updates folder within the Office file structure, and that we can put our .MSP files there, right? What I really need to know is, does anyone have a good process to get current updates from MS and then prepped for the installer? Clicking through the 361 updates in the Update Catalog is a tad daunting. Yikes!

My form allows people to attach files. I like to be able to send the file using a Notification Block and email to a particular team. However, in the email, it shows the file name of the attachment only. Does anyone know how to pull the file over?

ich habe momentan ein Problem bei der Neuinstallation eines Notebooks. Sobald ich das OSD starte bleibt es bei Pending stecken. Ab einem gewissen Punkt überspringt er die Neuinstallation und installiert die vorgesehene Software.
Andere Computer oder Notebooks machen keine Probleme. Ich kann mich über Ivanti auf das Notebook schalten und auch pingen.
Ich hoffe ihr habt Lösungsansätze wie ich das Problem beheben kann.
