We're experiencing issues with saving bookmarks from Google Chrome. The bookmark file is a file without an extension.
This issue is experienced in previous releases of Workspace Control and should be solved in version 10.2.500.1.

I would like to acquire numbers for surveys send out to Customers to determine the amount of surveys sent out versus the amount of answered surveys returned. Can this done with a saved search or report.
We have customized our backend system with custom programming and have created values that we barcode today that the user can scan to perform a specific action. Is it possible to turn these actions into buttons they can press on the screen? It would eliminate the need for them to have a barcode book and we will be able to only give them the button options they need at the time each screen is presented to them.

I am trying to install Ivanti Automation 2018.2. When I try to connect the console to existing database I get the error: "-2147467259:Invalid connection string attribute"
Note: ODBC connection to DB is working.
Because of this error I am unable to install Ivanti Automation.
Has anyone encountered such issue in past?

We have installed Wavelink Emulator 7.0.153 using ActiveSync - International version to work on our Motorola MC9000 units running CE 5.
As our business is across 3 countries, we need to have our emulator to have language for English, French and Spanish.
Unfortunately, when we put accents for French and Spanish, the characters are showing as weird characters rather than the correct characters.
There are not many options available on the MC900 for language and I am unable to find any about that problem on the Wavelink activesync application.

I have the problem that screen doesn't follow the cursor for the system menu in terminal emulation. In that case cursor position is 22 2 - it is left bottom corner, but it is not visible on the screen (see photo; on screen I can see only the position 17 2).
Is there any setup which is forcing to have cursor always visible on the screen? Or maybe situation could be solved out if we could set visible the fixed lower left position of the screen... but I can't find that setup anywhere as well.
Currently the keyboard is set to hide during the TE session and I only want it to pop up when a user selects a field.

As I'm new to the Zebra Android devices running Velocity telnet clients I was wondering how to remove the extra TE session that is added automatically?
I have created 3 WLDEP files but it keeps loading (an old) 4th session. Even when i delete the session manually it's added again automatically after roughly 5 seconds.
My 3 session files stored via ADB in the subfolder for Velocity;
This is the screen on the terminal itself;
How can I block this so our users cannot choose the ??? session?

I receive an error saying it can't be deleted because it has an instance. But the instance has completed execution and is not running.

I'm trying to configure a barcode form to add devices to Asset Control (in EPM 2017.3.3). My question is about how to strip leading zeros from a barcode. For example, our asset tags have 8 digits, and start with zeros. So, when I scan that barcode, I want to change it from '00012345' to '12345'.
Do I have to build a rule, and run that against the device after it is added to inventory, or can it be done on the fly in the barcode form field properties?
Also, can I take the value from one field, and use that in another attribute? For example, if I'm entering a new monitor and the asset tag is '12345', how can I auto-populate the Device Name as 'Mon-12345'?
How to be notified from the user when replying to the same incident ? Is there any Indicator (Like envelop icon , OR Line format becomes Bold) in the incident list , without checking the history
When team1 work on incident and they want help from team2, Team1 open a task to team2 to work on it,
When team2 need to (accept or reject or etc..) the task, it gives them error as attached 'file name is current error'
Our current incident object permission access rights are as attached 'File name is current access'
its seems that there is update happen on the incident when we click (accept or reject or etc..) from the task
What we have done is
We have edited the access rights as attached ' file name is New access'
and it allow us now to (accept or reject or etc..) the task and its works fine if there is only one task on incident
However the issue came when the incident has more than one task, when this is the case, it gives the attached error 'file name is error2'

I'm trying to calculate a value for the PercentFreeDiskspace field during an asset import. I'm using the "div" function, and it works OK. Now, I'd like to multiple the result by 100. Is there a way to work with intermediate values before storing the final result into the table?

We’re currently installing / testing Microsoft office 365 Teams in our Citrix Desktop
environment.
MS Teams
will replace Skype for Business in the near future and because we’re using that
program throughout our entire environment we need to get MS Teams running in
our environment.
We want to capture the MS Teams user settings with res.
Microsoft is doing dirty stuff with MS Teams. The program will be installed in every user
profile directory %APPDATA%\Teams, %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams
and %LOCALAPPDATA%\MICROSOFT\TEAMS.
When we’re capturing these folders, the size of the capture will grow to +/- 200 MB, and
we’re copying this in our logoff and logon procedure to capture user settings.
The question now is: does somebody else encounters these problems and do you know what
the minimum of data is which we need to capture from the MS Teams directory’s
to create a smooth user experience with the minimum of data being copied every time
a user log’s on and off?
Or is there a better way to deal with this program…?
We've got an issue where our appguard driver crashes at login. The user gets an error stating that appguard cannot secure the session and the session is logged off.
In the error log the following error is noted:
RESGuardDriverBase.TryGetDriver
(InnerException: Failed to load library 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Ivanti\Workspace Control\ResDil.dll')
Anyone else experienced this issue? We cannot reproduce it by trying to login. It happens only once or twice a day for different users on different servers in our Citrix farm consisting of 300 Citrix Provisioned servers.
