This is my first time using the landesk community portal so I hope I am in the right place for technical support.
My school started to use landesk about 8 months ago and the issue that some of the users are having is when they try to logon to the "landesk Web Desk" for entering a ticket.
The users will get the following error message" logon failed" this only occures on a small number of the users the mayority of the users can logon and create ticket etc.
Any advise would be helpful and thank you in advance.
