I am attempting to do an in-place upgrade from SD 7.4 to 7.5 SP1. When I run the upgrade it comes back saying the setup encountered an error durin "Copying the Service Desk files" part of the upgrade. In the installation log I have the following errors:

Then the installer does a rollback during which the following error is logged:

Log ends with this error:

I have a ticket open with Support on this but they have been unable to help with this so far. We have downloaded the source files again and tried but got same errors. We tried the "Fix 7.5 Installer Tool v1.1", which did not find any issues with the source files.
Support is recommending a uninstall/install of the new version. We do not want to do that if we can avoid it.
