I've attempted this by querying Lifecycle.Actions.Title, and this only seems to find Incidents that are associated to a Lifecycle that have an action by that title (vice having an action with that title currently available). Status, unfortunately, does not appear to have any Actions associated, so far as I can determine via Query Designer. Now, if only queries could be based off of SQL...
If you have found or find a way to do this in Console or Web Access, I would definitely like to know. This isn't urgent by any means, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's not possible, but I certainly will appreciate if someone can find a way!
