Windows Updates werden über Patchlink nicht als notwendig erkannt
Hallo,
seit ca. ende Dezember erkennt Patchlink keine Windows Updates mehr als notwendig an.
So wird z.B. "2018-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 x64 (KB4074590)" nicht mehr als fehlender Patch erkannt. Obwohl dieser Patch bei allen unseren DSM Rechnern fehlt (MS Security Analyzer crosscheck), ist die Liste "Affected Computers" leer.
Das letzte Cum Update wurde im Dezember installiert, seither finden alle Windows Rechner (Win 7 sowie Win 10) keine Updates mehr. Alle anderen Patchlink Produkte können ohne Probleme gepatcht werden.
Ich habe bereits ein Ticket eröffnet. Antwort wahr lediglich, dass das Problem bekannt sei.
Ist es überhaupt ein bekanntes Problem, oder werd ich hier nur hingehalten?!

Cannot see the table or view in Xtraction which is created in MS SQL?
I've created a table in MS SQL and also a view. When I go to the Data Source options and select the particular DS, the table or view which I created earlier is not visible. I also made some changes in the datamodel editor, but still can't find out the actual reason behind this issue. Please help me out in sorting this issue or show the path how to achieve this.

Migrating data
Hi I am about to remove the agent that points to my old core, and install the one that points to the new core. My concern is whether the data analytics information will "follow" the devices once they check into the new core. We have information stored in data analytics that pertains to asset information such as who is assigned to the device etc. Does that asset information follow the device, and if not, is my only recourse to do a database restore?

Adding control function to the end of a scan
I have a input field where no matter the input the user has to have an interaction with the screen. We would like to eliminate that interaction, if the scan results in an error the user will need to scan the next bar code, if the scan results in an information screen the user will always interact by pressing {Ctrl-A} which is programmed into a button on screen. {Ctrl-A} will also return the user from the displayed error message.
What I am attempting is to add a {Ctrl-A} at the end of a scan on a specific field using a script.
The script that seemed most fitting from the library was HexTerm, thinking that i could use the Hex code for A (01) to cause the Ctrl-A event. In the parameters field i have tried ^A, 01, 0001, {Ctrl-A}, 41, and 61. none of these generated the desired effect.
Is there a better script to be using?
I tried ScanAppend with the same results.

Dashboard incident/task color when status changes.
Hello, i am looking for some help on the dashboard incident/task color when status changes.
Currently, when we have priority 1 ticket that is active, it is RED.
when the status change from Active to Waiting or workaround, is there a way to change the color?
so it would be like this for priority 1 ticket.
Active Priority 1 <--RED
Waiting Priority 1 <--Yellow (#c1b222)
Workaround Priority 1 <--Green (#37c122)

Sage 300, process or group rule?
Hi again!
I worked with Appsense support on a product called SAGE 300. However, the support rep is still looking at the the log files.
This application is somewhat unique because everything runs off the server:
\\server.name\XX\Sage 300 erp\runtime\accpac.exe
We have a group for Sage 300 because there are so many users. Therefore, my questions should I look into creating a group or process rule?
Under allowed items I am allowing the following:
*.dll - allow untrusted owner
*.exe - allow untrusted owner
folders:
\\server name\xx\sage 300 erp\runtime - allow untrusted owner
I can also add user privileges if needed.
Checking rules analyzer - the main executable - accpac.exe is still being denied along with many DLL files.

Blue Screen of death
Has anyone else received a blue screen of death with BAD_POOL_HEADER listed after applying any January or February Windows patches?
Looking at the bugcheck memory dump, the problem file seems to be eps.sys
The machines are running Heat agent version 8.5.0.20

Innerhalb e-Script auf Gruppenmitgleidschaft abfragen - Möglich?
Hallo Schwarmintelligenz,
ist es möglich innerhalb eines e-Scripts auf eine Gruppenzugehörigkeit des jeweiligen Rechners abzufragen?
Hintergrund:
Wir haben eine Konstellation die es verlangt, einen Regkey nach Update von Software X zu setzen. Dieser Regkey soll aber nicht generell überall gesetzt werden, sondern nur auf Rechnern die in eine Statischen Gruppe A liegen.
if (machineisingroup) oder so ähnlich wäre super hierfür.
Die Möglichkeiten vom e-Script If habe ich bereits durchgeschaut, aber nichts passendes gefunden.
Ich bin der Meinung diese Möglichkeit aber schon einmal irgendwo gelesen zu haben - Vielleicht aber auch in Zusammenhang mit Filtern auf Dynamischen Gruppen.

Windows 10 1709 Custom Lock Screen
Hi,
ich möchte gerne nach der Windows 10 1709 Installation den Lock Screen anpassen.
Sobald ein Benutzer sich das erste Mal anmeldet kann dieser dann gerne vom Benutzer verändert werden
Dazu hatte ich im Configuration Package die Datei C:\Windows\Web\Screen\img100.jpg im Vorfeld abgeändert und in den Quelldateien mit den statischen Pfad C:\Windows\Web\Screen\img100.jpg hinterlegt
Das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es wird dennoch die originale Datei nach der Windows Installation angezeigt
Hat jemand einen besseren Weg wie ich das realisieren kann?

Windows 10 1709 - Ivanti DC 5.1.1 and UMFD-0 FontDriverHost
Hello,
I do have a Support Call open for this. However I would like to see if others are seeing the same results.
We have upgraded LES to Ivanti DC 5.1.1 (Update 1) and this works as expected on all OS's except for Windows 10 1709 - Fall Update. LES 4.6SR2 works as expected on Windows 10 1709 but 5.1.1 does not. USB Pen Drives appear to be split into both Removable Storage and Portable Devices and the user account that shows the READ_DENIED events is UMFD-0 or UMFD-1 which is from the FontDriverHost process?? It has a SID for the account but it is not possible to create rules for these accounts?
The UMFD accounts are also prominent in Windows 10 1703, so we are unsure why this issue is only occurring in 1709. Can anyone else replicate this?

set database properties failed
Hello,
after the installation of Avalanche 6.2 (SQL 2014 (SQL user: DB creator role) ) the Enterprise service does not work.
In the log of the Enterprise server I see the following error:

RES One - saving start screen layout
Hi,
We have an issue regarding the RES feature to save start screen layout in our environment (Windows server 2016 - Xenapp 7.15 - RES One 10.1.100)
We have applocker rules to disable powershell.exe, and we suspect this is the reason why it fails
Is it possible to disable this feature in any way? It floods our Applocker monitoring..
We will not allow powershell.exe to be executed by our Citrix users due to security reasons.
