is there away i can prevent analyst from searching for tickets that is not assigned to him,
i have 1st line and 2nd line ,,
analyst in 2nd line they user the search bar to search for incident # ,, and 1st line they can't do actions to ticket because he is opening !!
i'm using partitioning for the group 2nd line is use but it's not preventing from search for tickets

Do any of you patch Office 365 (2016) using LANDesk / Ivanti?
If so, can you please check something on one of your systems, and let me know if you have this registry setting afterwards?
When I use LANDesk 2016 to patch it, this key and value get created, I talked with LANDesk, they say they are not do it, but I think they might be wrong.
We are not applying any GPO's that Ii can tell, and if I use the built in update feature of Office, this does not occur.
This key is created:

With this value set, the users are then not able to run an update manually, we want them to be able to.
This appears to be a setting to allow SCCM management.

I have a customer who is having difficulty calculating license consumption for Microsoft Visio (licenced Per-User) - a laptop and a desktop with Visio installed, both devices belonging to the same user, should consume ONE license not two. How do we configure a license in SLM for this scenario?

As a quick test my manager asked me to see what it showed for Excel and which machines have NEVER USED the software (Excel).
On opening SLM and looking up Excel I located 388 installed but this also shows as 388 Never Used. This is incredibly incorrect as the majority of our business uses Excel.
Therefore my question is why is it stated none of these Excel installs have ever been used. When they are used almost daily.
PLEASE NOTE, I ALSO ONLY ADDED THEM TO MONITORED STATUS TODAY

it´s a pain to work with the web console on Avalanche 6.2. Buttons are missing.
e.g. go to inventory, select ons single device to get the device overview.
now you can see all information about the selected device.
First Button missing (BACK)
using the browser back button is in webconsole not a good idea!
you can click inventory again to start again from last view.
Also in other views the back button is missing. Sometimes there is a close button, that is ok to navigate.
but a few kind of views does not have any of this control/navigate buttons.
Installed the new Avalanche 6.2 with all packages, Remote Control Server Server Version: 4.1.0.014
out of the box is a downgrade to earlier installations from ASE 5.2
- no Snapshot/screenshot possible
- no Folder upload option
- no scaling of view window for small device screens on high resolution monitor
also there is no button or kontext menu for fast access to remote option in inventory view
We are currently in the process of upgrading from Wavelink Avalanche 5.2 to 6.2. In preparation for this upgrade, I have been working on our test server to do a trial run.
The Test Server had an old install of Wavelink with old data, so to start fresh I planned on uninstalling everything and reinstalling 5.2 to test the initial upgrade in place from 5.2 to 5.3. However, when I attempt to run the install file for Avalanche, I get through a few steps and then receive an error: "Another PostgreSql Database Already Exists" (screenshot attached).
I have been unable to find a way to uninstall the PostgreSql Database. Would someone be able to assist me with how to fully uninstall PostgreSql?

Users are not logging off after the EM Agent has been upgraded to 10.1 FR4 HF2, there error seen is:
Application popup: winlogon.exe - System Error : The program can't start because Axe2.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I have removed and reinstalled the agent but no change
Has anyone seen this before

I'm trying to provision a Dell 7390 2 in 1 laptop. I can hit the pxe but right after it loads the boot64 wim I get a blue screen with the error kernel_security_check_failure. I added the SATA drivers into the winpe but that didn't seem to help. Has anyone seen this before?

Some of my clients are reporting this issue (all are Windows 7 and all worked fine for years till now)... i have looked at the article with the same title written by Ivanti and all the ISS settings they ask to check are as they are supposed to be. Anything else i can try to figure this out? Again, out of the sudden 10 of 150 clients are exhibiting this behavior.

A Company im working for recently bought Ivanti management console and installed the core server With Security Suite Manager and endpoint Security audit.
what we are trying to achieve is to monitor items like, printer log, clipboard log, screen log etc.. Much like what i found out what LANDESK ESA v3.4 could do.
Its my understanding that LANDESK is now Ivanti and the ESA Product is integreated into Ivanti Management console?
Anyway, im not able to find out whwre and how i can setup alerting or alert rulesets to monitor these Things.
Could anyone please point me in the right direction?
What Products do i need to be able to monitor the same thing as LANDESK ESA 3.4 could. (Attached Picture)
