Hi all
Slight issue we are facing with the modules.
When someone filters from the main list view, then closed the tab and opens the module again, the filter is still being applied.
This is particularly frustrating to the Service Desk as they are receiving "no record found" when opening a new tab.
Any idea on why this is and how to remove it?

I got the following error in BO external contact after clicking on address (in 2017.3, only with german language):
".... not enough cosing parenthesis."
Support confirms bug, but development has no time until more customers have the same problem.
So I had a look how o fix this:
in BO external contact
quick Action "get address popup view"
1. I deletet the "Address1State (State)" line (I dont need US states)
2. go to edit translations, in the line Country, change the german translation "aus" back to "of" plus quotes and comma

The Future of Workspaces
With Workspaces being removed from the core install of EPM is the platform slowly being mothballed?
I had a discussion with several Ivanti representatives early last year, asking if we should halt the implementation of our new Service Desk Workspaces setup as the heat product was clearly, at the time, the product that was going to get more attention.
We were told that we should proceed on our current path as there would be tools available that would make the transition from Service Desk to Service Manager relatively simple once Service Manager received the Workspaces interface.
I see no sign of this ever coming to fruition, in fact I see more of the design language from the heat product line being used on more products.

I have few end user machines for which not to target any deployments in business hours, So i need to create maintenance window for these machines to avoid deployments in business hours.
Office 2016 Deployment stalls out when ran from OS Provisioning template but installs fine in software dist.
I can install office 2016 with out any issues when deploying it as a software dist. package. However, when I try to include it with an OS Provisioning Template, the Office setup just stalls out. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Добрый день. Можете проконсультировать по вопросу о Portal Manager? Правильно мы поняли, что обойтись без вмешательства в процесс установки ПО администратора консоли нельзя? То есть сейчас для того, чтобы пользователь смог что-либо установить, нужно создать задачу в консоли, добавить его ПК в эту задачу и только уже после этих действий у пользователя отобразиться список ПО, которое он сможет установить. Или все-таки есть возможность сделать так, чтобы пользователь открывая клиентскую часть сразу мог самостоятельно установить любой пакет ПО, который мы заранее обозначим как возможный к установке.? То есть это будет какой-то набор ПО, который доступен всем ПК/пользователям какой-то конкретной группы (например из LDAP) без добавления каждого ПК руками в задачу администратором консоли. Надеюсь понятно описал. Хотим минимизировать наши трудозатраты, выделяемые на установку стандартного набора софта.
Enviroment Manager Agent 10.1 FR1 breaks Microsoft Edge
I am currently working on our first Windows 10 build for XenDesktop with AppSense EM. I have a new image built with Windows 10 1709 and everything is working as expected up to the point of installing EM. I have the deployment agent installed and connected to our management server, and it successfully deploys the software, but once rebooted, Microsoft Edge hangs and crashes with multiple DCOM errors in the event logs. Upon uninstalling EM and rebooting again, Edge returns to normal functionality. Trying to determine if this is a known issue or what might be causing this behavior as Edge is heavily used in our environment. Any insight or advice is appreciated.
Coloured text does not show in Web Access when ticket has been logged through Workspaces.
I am trying to encourage our users to log incidents via Workspaces rather than via email. The ability to use coloured text to highlight important information is one of the things I was hoping to use to persuade them, as jobs logged via email never show in colour. However, I am seeing some inconsistency. I have tried some tests - if we log a job via Workspaces using coloured text, and save the job, the colour shows up in Workspaces but not in Web Access
If we log a job in web access the colour shows in both interfaces. Is this a bug or by design, and if a bug, does anyone know a case number that I can get myself added to?

EPM Sample Reports
We are new to EPM and was hoping to get some input of some standard reports used by the community. We are also using Xtraction, so between the 2 we want to start a good library of reports.
Any and all guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I cannot get users logged into the service desk using their Active Directory credentials. Is there a guide that can walk me through step by step so I may correct this problem?
Also how can I sync Active directory information at any time or setup for a certain time during the week?

Serive Request/Request Offering - Paste from Clipboard?
Good day,
It appears at one time that the Paste from Clipboard option was available in Request Offering forms. In our 2017.2.1 install the box is greyed out. Support told me that in 2017.3.1 the option is completely gone as they are no longer using Flash which was how this feature was supported in the Request Offerings.
Has anyone ever had the ability to use it?
OR maybe have you come up with an easy way for Self-service users to add in a screen shot?

Request Offering - Paste from Clipboard
The Self-Service module for service Requests needs the ability to Paste from Clipboard like we can do in other modules.
Requiring a user to save a quick screen shot and then browse to locate and attach a file is time consuming and clumsy.
Workspaces Menu Items
Good afternoon,
I recently took over as our organization's LANDESK administrator, and we've been looking at utilizing our Workspaces environment more than we have. When logging in as an administrator, I noticed I seem to be missing some menu items that I've seen referenced in Workspaces documentation.
For example, from the Service Desk 2017 Administration Training Document ILT-SAM-1701:
This is all that exists on my Administration menu:
We ARE on 2016, I couldn't see anything in release notes but is this not a feature of 2016? If so, is there an alternative? Thanks!
