APM Office 365 nicht vorhanden in Library
Hallo zusammen,
Wie der Titel schon sagt taucht bei uns Office 365 nicht in der Library auf. So wie ich das erfahren habe soll das aber schon über das APM möglich sein. oder? Wir benutzen DSM 2016.2 R2. Danke schonmal für eure Antworten!

Email body field mapping to Goldmine Contact
Is it possible to somehow get all my website contacts to create a new goldmine contact.
For instance the website contact email has in the body many fields such as below. Every time someone contacts me I get this email below.
From: NAME <EMAIL@ADDRESS.COM>
TEL NUMBER
ENQUIRY SUBJECT
DEPTH.
ADDRESS
POSTCODE
URGENCY
Message Body: TEXT
Is it possible to get the name, address, email, tell number, depth, address and postcode to populate a new goldmine contact?
It would streamline things for me as at the moment it looks like I have to copy everything over bit by bit.
I can edit how future website contacts come in to make life easier. I can probably get all the contact details to a csv or pst file to then import into Goldmine.
I have Office 365 and goldmine 2018.

Outlook 2016 (Office 365) crashes
We're running GM Premium 2016.1.0.188 w/ the Outlook link and recently Outlook has started crashing on some machines (3-W7, 1-W10 - All installs are under 32 bit) The only thing that seems to be common is that these machines are also running the latest version of Quickbooks Enterprise - 2018.
Other computers in the office that do not run QB and link GM and Outlook run fine. The problem seems to have begun after we upgraded QB to the current version.

How do you want to open this file when opening PDF while extention is associated with application
When a user opens a pdf in explorer on Windows server 2016 it displays the "How do you want to open this file" while there is a PDF application already associated with the pdf extention.
It happens in 10.2.700.1 and in 10.2.900.1

wie kann ich mir denn anzeigen lassen, welche Patche prinzipiell im Katalog zur Verfügung stehen? Also nicht was als benötigt gefunden und geladen wurde, sondern was prinzipiell bereit steht.

Preferred Server not being used when deploying images using provisioning (LDMS 2018.1)
I currently have about 16 preferred servers set up in our environment. I have verified on each preferred server that I have the IP ranges I want the PS to handle is correct. However, I am noticing that when I provision the images are being pulled from the core in about half the locations. Anyone have any ideas as to why? The servers have all the correct images and my content replication has been successful and created the correct hash files. I even recopied all the files from a working preferred server to the ones that were not to no avail. Really could use some help here.

appsense environment manager configuration cannot be found
We use Environment Manager and a MSI configuration to apply our configurations. I recently updated our EM config, exported the MSI and installed it on my PC. After the installation completed I uninstalled the old configuration. I am now getting the following error: “appsense environment manager configuration cannot be found”.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but that did not work. Does anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Related Object Fields not editable on Form
Hi
In order to get around the 255 field limitation of the service request Business object I created a separate business object to hold the related fields (about 100)
The relationship was created and I was able to pull those BO fields into service requests forms however when I go to enter data into these fields on the form they are not editable
I have called ivanti but have had no luck
Has anyone figured a way around this
Can provide more details if neeeded

Deinstallation mit F8 - Unexpected Error 0

ich hab ein bisheriges eScript Paket welches eine Exe ausführt. Ich habe eine neue Revision erstellt mit einem MSI Installer.
Nun hab ich den Befehl benutzt für die Installation Deinstallation
MSIInstallProduct('.\Extern$\anyconnect-win-4.5.03040-core-vpn-predeploy-k9.msi','NORMAL',MsiInstMach)
Installation funktioniert über F7
Deinstallation über F8 gibt mir den Fehler : Unexpected Error 0 , aber wenn ich das Paket freigeben läuft die Deinstallation.
Warum bekomme ich einen unexpected error 0, im Logfile started er nicht mal die Deinstallation.
GUID ist die ID die auch in der Registry steht.
Habt ihr noch eine Idee?

IVANTI ISM - Preventing requestor and owner being the same for a Change
Hello All
This is the first time I'm posting here so my apologies if this is in the incorrect space.
I need to prevent a change requestor user from being the same as the change owner. I've been trying to find a way to get this to work via business rules but struggling to get this right.
Ideally I would like a pop up to appear and prevent the user from saving the change when these two fields are the same.
Any advice and assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Can additional service requests be manually added to the Ivanti Service Manager "Most Popular" category in the Service Catalog?
We recently upgraded our on-premises instance of Ivanti Service Manager to 2017.3.1000.31399 and we have received numerous requests to add additional service requests to the "Most Popular" category since it currently only contains two (2) service requests post-upgrade.

Restriction Payload not Applying
I am trying to utilize a restriction payload on a Honeywell D75E to remove access to the google play store, youtube, device settings, etc. The I can see the package in the applied profiles section under a given device. Any ideas?
I am using Avalanche 6.2.2.197 and the universal android enabler 6.2.0.271

PowerShell Reboot if Required
Hi
I'd like to run some PowerShell scripts in a scheduled task with a "Detect whether reboot is needed" set.
But what would I need to put in the script so that Ivanti will pick up that the script requires a reboot. (or not)
So basically the script finishes in susch a way that the scheduled task know whether a reboot is required.
For example you may say something like:
Is service a started
If no set flag for reboot
If yes set flag for No reboot

Filter to only show Service Related CI's within a chosen Service CI Structure
We have a Change window in WebDesk with a dropdown menu to choose the "Service CI Structure". We would like to filter a second dropdown window "Service Related CI's" to show only the CI's within the chosen "Service CI Structure".
I've tried to put a filter on "Service Related CI's" on Runtime value of the CI's in the Structure which only returns 1 CI in the dropdown and not all of the CI's in the collection. Am I doing something wrong?

%RESPFDIR% not working
I'm trying to configure a user GPO to launch Ivanti WC when a user logs in.
Configuring a user GPO for custom interface pointing to "%RESPFDIR%\pfwsmgr.exe" does not seem to work.
Changing to the full path to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ivanti\Workspace Control\pfwsmgr.exe" does work.
Checked the system variables and it indeed does not exist.
After checking another customer with same version Ivanti WC and same OS, it does exist.

Machines without X Software
Hello,
I am attempting to create a dashboard that shows our current security landscape. One of the components I'd like to display is count of machines that do not have a specific application installed. However, when I do that, instead of giving me the count of computers, if gives me the count of applications that do not match that defined name, even when selecting computer count from group components. Was curious if anyone else has had luck with this, and if so, what did you set your filter to?

terminal emulation screen resolotion issue

zebra mc9190 devices come with prelicensed and there is no problem but the same customer uses mc92n0 android device and this device has high-resolution screen. terminal emulation runs on it but character size is so small could you help me to make it bigger?

Deleting locked templates bug?
All right, so I am a member of 2 groups, Provisioning Development and my team. We keep our dev / testing templates in the Provisioning Development group, and the public templates that our techs use to deploy in Public. I have recently converted all public templates to locked templates.
Directory structure as such:
- Provisioning templates
- My templates
- Provisioning Development templates
- Included Templates
- Standalones
- Windows 10
- Win10x64 Enterprise CBB – SSC- Dev
- Win10x64 Enterprise CBB – Standard- Dev
- Win10x64 Enterprise LTSB – Production- Dev
- Windows 7
- Windows 8.1
- All team templates
- Public
- Windows 10
- Win10x64 Enterprise CBB – SSC
- Win10x64 Enterprise CBB – Standard
- Win10x64 Enterprise LTSB – Production
- Windows 7
- Windows 8.1
- All public templates
- Windows 10
Notice the difference between the names is the dev templates contain “- Dev” in the title.
So when I have to update a template, I create a locked version of the Dev template, delete the Public version out of Public → All public templates, and move the locked template over to Public → Windows 10.
However, when I attempt to rename the locked template to remove the “- Dev” out of the title, I get the error message:
I can find no reference to the template that supposedly already exists. Any ideas? Bug perhaps?

What ports need to be opened for a client to access the Heat DB?
I have recently moved our Heat SQL DB to a new server. Allowed access for the users to this, opened ports 1433 & 1434 however access is still denied.
Are there any ports specific to Heat that need opening for the users to gain access?
