Hi, I would like to use TLS in Client - Server communication based on certificates issued by external CA. I have certificate for application server (installed in Computer account - Personal store) but when I prepare client package with TLS, I receive error "Failed to load valid certificate, Cannont find object or property". Could anyone can tell me what certificates should I have and where should they be installed to establish secure communication between clients and server.

Cannot Select Instance for IvantiSM database in Push - Ops Console
I had created three sql server instances in one development database server as in Option D7 diagram. My plan is to split the databases exactly as in diagram.
The instances are:
- SQLCONFIGDB - This instance will have ConfigDB STG, ConfigDB UAT, Metrics CacheDB databases.
- SQLIVANTISMSTG - this instance will have IvantiSM STG and ReportDB STG databases.
- SQLIVANTISMUAT - This instance will have IvantiSM UAT and ReportDB UAT databases.
When do Push in Ops Console from Production to Staging, there is no option to select the staging instance (SQLIVANTISMSTG). The target DB Server only list the configdb instance. When completed, The IvantiSM database had been created under SQLCONFIGDB instance instead in staging instance.
Do I miss some steps?
APM Katalog vom 31.08.2018
In unserer Umgebung ist seit dem 31.08.2018 kein neuer Katalog mehr angekommen. Auf der Webseite von ivanti wo der Katalog heruntergeladen werden kann, ist auch nichts neues zu finden. Hat jemand das selbe Problem bzw. hat Informationen, warum der Katalog nicht aktualisiert wird.

Context - I'm getting some information from paramaters in a Service request and putting it into an email for approval:
Dear $(Owner),
Your approval is required for Service Request# $([FRS_Approval#.][ServiceReq#.]ServiceReqNumber).
First Name: $([FRS_Approval#.][ServiceReq#.].GetSRPValue(RecId, "EmployeeStarterRequestFirstName"))
The above is the error I got on the email when it came through.

'Do Not Disturb' option in Agent Settings and Skype for Business
I want to avoid popping up software distribution or patch messages when a user is presenting with Skype for Business but it seems the only relevant executable in use is Communicator.exe which is always present even when Skype is dormant. Has anyone come across this or have a solution?
Go To First/Last buttons
Hi All
I'm sure this is a simple one but I'm struggling a bit.
Currently I can navigate to "Next" and "Previous" records but using the below highlighted arrows.
How do I add a Go To Last and Go To First button with the below buttons? I've had a look in the form and grid layout views in each module, i.e. Incident, Change, etc. but cannot see these buttons.

I've been trying to search for this but not having much luck.
I just want to know if Ivanti Service Manager can support Multi factor Authentication, e.g. OTP (One Time Pin)
We would like to make our ISM solution made available externally, i.e. it can be accessed from an external link.
I've had a look around in the config and can't see anything with regards to multi factor authentication.

What method does Ivanti use to transfer files to clients

I come from an SCCM background and like the fact that the SCCM agent uses BITS (Background Intelligent File Transfer) to download content from SCM infrastructure. This is very useful when clients disconnect from the corporate network halfway through a download, e.g. laptops.
What does Ivanti Patch for Windows use.
Is it BITS or some alternative, e.g. SMB.

Ivanti EPM 2018.1 - Am I losing it?
I have donwloaded 2018.1 to try out I my LAB.
Built a new server and started teh installation of 2018.1.
Pre-requisites go trhough and tell me that I need to remove all non-self signed certificates from the Truste Root store. (This seems a bit harsh but I did it anyway)
Carry on with pre-req checks and IIS needs to be installed. Click to allow the installer to install and configure IIS as required. It fails.
Why does it fail? Because I removed al lthe non-self signed certificates from the Trusted Root Store so Microsoft does not trust itself anymore.
This can't be right can it? I have not know any software requiring us to remove al lthe trusted Root Certs other than its own.

I have sent the values in several ways, because for some reason in some WMS, only validates the interpretation we used before ... I illustrate to explain myself better.
Previously the F5 was F300, it is currently E03F, we know it is the same, but in some cases that I have had, it only accepts them like this .. 4400 and not E044
Bulk actions troubleshooting
I need an hint for where to look for troubleshooting Bulk Action in Workspace.
I have a query which allows the use of Bulk Action; when I select some records and request to apply one action, let's say "Add note" on two Incidents, the request is received and registered without errors; a screen appears leading me to think the action is in progress:
but, it always remains at 0 completed, 0 failed. In the console I can view the scheduled action:
The Background service is started and I can't find any error in the event log; I have also enabled the diagnostic at the highest level in the ConfigurationCenter options, but in the log files I can't find anything related to the scheduled task being executed.
Any idea?
Export data from Audit_Task business Object
First of all, I am a ROOKIE. Just setting expectations. I am not certain if I tagged the right group. Please let me know if it is incorrect.
Background: I am trying to export data of actual work done on a task. That is, the date stamp when a task was logged, assigned, waiting, continued, completed, etc.... It appears that the information I want is in the Business_Task business object based on the fields that are in the business object.
Question: Is there a way to export data from Audit_Task Business Object other than creating a report via SSRS? I don't have that tool installed so looking for a work-around. I thought that I could create a Quick Action and then run it as child from Task but I get this message:

In ISeC, we were told that functionality was going to be built into the new version to allow the use of Shared Credentials amongst multiple administrators. This functionality in the beta currently doesn't exist. Is this feature actually coming to the product or have we been misinformed from the support end?
TC70x - TE: Disable Pinch and Zoom not working
Hi all,
we are using a TC70x with Android 7.1.2, Velocity Android ARM 2.0.4 is installed.
We noticed that the Navigation option "Disable Pinch and Zoom" is not working.
Our configuration:
TE host profile
Default native mode is activated!
Disable Pinch and Zoom is activated!
Enable Fixed Screen Mode is activated!
User double taps -> Zoom out!
Is this a bug or has anybody the same issue?

How to increase scan time (Run time) while doing inventory scan? Lost Contact error is thrown after running for 5 min.

- Could anyone help me to how to increase the scan time for inventory scan
- A default time of 5 min only being set , so after exact 5 min it loses the contact and throws the error "Lost Contact"
I followed on selected device Configure->Services->Inventory->Advance Settings-> Then what parameter to be change to increase the scan time ?

I can see I can add an attachment, but how do i make that attachment visible to the end user?
