Does anybody know where the below icon can be edited in SelfServiceMobile. There seems to be a problem with the FAQ icon, but I can't find where this is edited from.
The FAQ article opens fine, so it's just the icon that needs to be fixed.

We've just associated SLAs to Services to turn on the SLA subscription service in Incident.
It's all gone well except for a couple of issues
1. There are older Incidents that are from before the SLA was turned on, that are triggering the Threshold escalations and breach emails all in 1 hit (we've set the email to send out to task owners so that's why there is multiple):
This seems to be random as it has not happened to all open incidents, only a small number and I'm not sure why this is triggering.
2. We have a number of odd incidents that are not picking up the override conditions even though they have been set correct:

I have no idea why either of these are occurring so any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to block the internal storage of a mobile phone in workspace control ?
(when users plug in their mobile phone for example iphone, the internal storage is available, we would like to block this)

Ich habe wirklich, wirklich viel gelesen über HKCU und trotzdem kriege ich es nicht auf die Reihe.
All die wunderbaren Dinge, die mit der F7-Installation so toll funktionieren, klappen per Skript einfach nicht.
Ich habe versucht, HKCU - Einträge als Benutzer zu triggern, sowohl als Service, als auch ohne
Ich habe sogar regfiles erstellt und dei versucht mit regload hinein zu bekommen.
Die Einträge werden nicht erstellt.
Situation ist folgende (ein Beispiel)
Ich möchte die Suchleiste Bei meinen Windows-10 Rechnern ausblenden
der notwendige Schlüssel liegt hier: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search
Mein Plan wäre folgender:
RegModifyDword, den Pfad angeben und den Wert einstellen.
Dieser Befehl wird vom DSM direkt als Userbezogen angelegt - ist mir recht
Vorbereitung, Distribution, Pilotinstallation. Paket läuft erfolgreich durch, Schlüssel wird nicht gesetzt
2. Versuch, ich erstelle den Schlüssel am Zielrechner manuell und exportiere Ihn.
Direkt nach dem Anpassen in der Reg ist die Suchleiste verschwunden,... ich bin also an der richtigen Stelle
Ich lege das Regfile in extern$ ab und rufe es mir regload in meinem dsm-Skript auf - Ausführung ungetriggert, einfach mal zum Test... Ergebnis - kein Eintrag,...
Dann als Benutzer getriggert,...
Ich habe sogar schon versucht, mit dsm ein Registry-Eintrag im RUN zu erstellen, der ein zuvor nach s:\temp kopiertes Regfile ausführt und sich danach wieder löscht.
Hier hat nicht einmal das Erstellen des Reg-Eintrages geklappt.
Wie komme ich hier weiter.
Bitte helft mri und den unzähligen Anderen, die in der selben Klemme stecken.

We've got Appsense Environment Manager 2018.3 installed on Server 2016 with XenApp 7.15.
I'm trying to mount a VHD for Outlook Office 365 OST caching.
I've followed the instructions in the KB below verbatim, but finding that the test users directory is created on the share, with correct FC permissions, but the VHD is simply is not being created.
Environment Manager Policy Outlook 2016 Cache Roaming & Windows Search
I don't see any event logs explaining the issue. And permisisons are correct on the share.
Anyone ever seen this or can advise how ot debug further?

I'm getting the below error when opening a CI from the main CI tab:
Opening the CI from the Child BOs work fine.
This is only in our STG env and is working fine in Production, but I can't see what the difference is.

I have three fields depends on each other as Service , Category , subcategory ,
I have 4 values in the service list , i need just one value from this list to show all the category and all subcategories without any constrains between these fields
I have been able to show the all categories when the wanted value is selected , but am not able to make all subcategories to be shown without any constraint

In our Workspace Control Console, I made settings to let the Outlook 2013 user profile be filled in automatically. That allways worked fine, until last week, I unchecked the option 'once', because Outlook did not startup by one of the users. After that, Outlook did work again by that user and I checked the 'once' option again.
Since that day we randomly have problems when the users try to open Outlook. I found out that there is a file ****mapi.once in the Personal Settings folder for each user but deleting that file seems not to work, Outlook starts up fine in that RDP session but after logging off and on again it fails again. I have to disable the 'once' option again for a short while in the Console, but that seemed to be the cause of all my problems in first case.
Somebody here with a permanent solution?
Im new to Ivanti EPM so this may be a dumb question. I am using EPM 2018 trying to host a software package within the portal manager. I like to run things through power shell using forms to display data to users. I have a script that works fine if I run it locally but it runs hidden when I push it through the portal. I know the script runs fine because the software gets installed as it should. the other thing I have found so far that seems odd is "PowerShell output: Inside Search" from sdclient_TASKID.log. Any push in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently settings up our endpoint manager and have been going with professional services. We have been able to capture one machine and push it to another. We had a SCCM and were using an image from that prior to Ivanti. We are in a bind now, since we took the SCCM PXE down so that Ivanti can work and need some machines re-imaged in the mean time. Can someone explain if it is possible to use Ivanti to push the SCCM image out?

I'm creating an new laptop CI thru a workflow, that works fine.
For the name I'm using this to get unique names for my laptops for every new request:
The next step is to link the asset that was reacently created and use the newly created name for my laptop to link the contract to the asset.
I can't find a way to get a value from a reacently created object within an workflow, is this possible?
Perhaps this could be solved in another way if that's not possible?

I know GoldMine doesn't have to be open for emails to link when in Outlook, but does Outlook have to be open for sent emails from a phone to link to GoldMine?

I have Landesk 2016 with a golden Windows 10 v.1803 image. I have a request from another IT member to convert it to .pvm format. Can that be done? If so, what would be the best way to do this?

Has anyone successfully imported any data on to Landesk/Ivanti Service Desk Notes? We are planning to end our old ticketing system and move our old tickets (with notes) onto Landesk/Ivanti Service Desk. Our technicians use the notes always and we tried mapping it onto Landesk/Ivanti Service Desk and they don't seem to get imported. We were thinking maybe something isn't mapped properly. We added a "Old HDA Ticket number" onto Notes and tried importing it from an Excel sheet but nothing was imported. We are also thinking about adding the GUID from our Excel file thinking that it might also help link it with the existing Landesk/Ivanti incident tickets. Would you suggest importing them from the backend via SQL? We are afraid that this might do more harm on how the Landesk/Ivanti software handles the process.

I'm looking for a way for agents to be able to set a personal saved search default without granting them the ability to edit any saved searchs, even if just for self.
At the moment I have set defaults for different roles, but there are a few individuals who would like a different saved search as default, and I don't want to have to create a separate role just for them or give them access to a role with more than they need.
I know the option to set personal default is there, but the user needs the ability to create/edit which then leaves them being able to change existing searches or make as many more as they like - and I want to keep preventing this so I can manage it.

In my service request I have a dropdownlist that fills with items from the object FRS_priceItem.
In my workflow for this service request I'm creating a new CI object and would like to fetch values from the selected FRS_PriceItem.
How could I write an expression that gets me values from the selected item from the drop down.
I know that this gets you the selected value (name):
$(GetSRPValue(RecId, 'Laptop'))
Latptop in my case is the dropdown list in the form for the service request.
I would like to get more than the name tho.
I have disabled powershell.exe file to be allowed run for all users in Ivanti App Manager. However, when I am trying to run a script via SCCM, I get the Ivanti block message for running powershell. How do I get Ivanti to allow powershell scripts to run via SCCM ?
Is anyone else seeing the Office 365 Update Utility no longer working?
I am getting the attached errors every time I try. I have also made sure to expand storage just in case it was that.
I can't find any information about this issue occurring elsewhere and am trying to pinpoint what the issue is.
Also, yes, I can access download.microsoft.com and microsoft.com from the core server as well. I had been able to download updates normally before.
