Hey Community,
Has anyone been able to do a ticket merger in Service Desk? I have seen another tool that will allow you take a ticket that is a duplicate and trigger an action called "Duplicate Ticket" and when you do it asks what the duplicate is. Once you supply the duplicate, it then gives you the option to Merge the data and if you select that it will take the Notes, Attachments, etc.. from the "duplicate" and add that to the ticket you generated the action from.
Has anyone been able to do something similar?
