We are running Ivanti EPM 2018
WE have been having intermittent bandwidth or connectivity issues with clients.
I would like to rule out IPv6 as a cause and was wondering if their was a way to turn it off completely. We do not utilize it here at the University and looking to disable it on all clients anyway.
Any thoughts or help is much appreciated.

hardware is SEUIC A6 Handheld computer.The F10 does not work and the F10 on the soft keyborad does not work also.
I seem to be getting a some odd behaviour with a number of pick lists. When I edit one, the values within two other lists replicate the values, and I can't seem to work out what is linking them.
I am currently working on importing CI data and it appears the CI.Category field has been linked to our Change BO within the "Reason for Change" category. Looking at the different BOs I can see the Validated pick lists are different, but an edits affect all three lists.
lately notice that, we are having laptop user group and they are roaming user so, some time they are in office and get IP from DHCP, and some time they are working from remote location using location independent DHCP. now when ever EMSS server recive their new IP it ask to register it as new clients but does not update agent IP , this how it keep creating duplicate agent registration in console and we loose clients license twice for same agent.
we are using Lumension® Endpoint Management and Security Suite Server Suite Version: 8.5.0.30 (8.5 Update 2).

when i'm trying to Close some tickets only on workspace, it gives me this error:
this print button is not exist in the window for that tickets.
and i checked in DB i see that the print attribute, has a values in DB for that ticket
i know by default after adding this calculation for showing PRINT BUTTON . it should generate the link to open the reports .
but why is this happening ? why im not able to close the ticket only on workspace !!
When team1 work on incident and they want help from team2, Team1 open a task to team2 to work on it,
When team2 need to (accept or reject or etc..) the task, it gives them error as attached 'file name is current error'
Our current incident object permission access rights are as attached 'File name is current access'
its seems that there is update happen on the incident when we click (accept or reject or etc..) from the task
What we have done is
We have edited the access rights as attached ' file name is New access'
and it allow us now to (accept or reject or etc..) the task and its works fine if there is only one task on incident
However the issue came when the incident has more than one task, when this is the case, it gives the attached error 'file name is error2'
Anyone has an idea about this !!

I noticed the 10.2.x compatibility matrix lists the older 7.x releases however the 10.3.x compatibility matrix starts at 7.14, I assume the older 7.x releases are still supported and there just isn't room to list them all?

I'm putting a request offering together for a training approval process. As an self-service user, I fill out my training request. The first approval goes to my direct manager. The the second approval goes to my manager's manager. I'm importing users from AD,. Within that import, I'm populating the manager field in my ISM Employee record from the manager DN from AD. Hence, I know my manager and looking at my manager's Employee record, I know my manager's manager. In my request offering, I'm populating fields of Current User, Current User's Manager, Current User's Department, Current User's Team. In my workflow, I update the SR Default Approver field with Current User's Manager. So my first approval is all good. Now once that is approved, how can I get the current default approver's manager (my manager's manager)?

I'm currently demoing the Velocity Terminal Emulator on Zebra Android devices, and all is awesome- except one issue that hinders warehouse management.
Sometimes when entering characters, the first character entered does not appear on screen. But, when you enter the data, the key is sent.
Example, a user types "24", but on-screen, they will only see "4". The problem with this is they will hit backspace to re-type it, type (and see) "24". Then once entered, the sent amount is "224".
This is obviously not good when entering quantities or passwords.
I was wondering if there is a TTL rate or setting that can be adjusted to help capture this first input. As far as I can tell, it does not happen in the middle or end of strings, so far only the first. Has anyone run into this, or know how to resolve, or even where to look? Let me know if I can provide any more information to help.

In our environment we use non persistent vdi's (citrix) and appsense EM 8.4. We have a user who has to install certificate(.pfx) every time the vdi restarts because it puts the vdi back in a clean state. Every time the vdi restarts it removes the certificate and wont leave any traces behind because our vdi is cash on ram and non persistent. Can ayone advise if this possible to install using appsense? if so please advise?

seit dem wir wieder von PL auf APM umgestiegen sind bekommen wir keine FileZilla Updates mehr. Es kommt zwar im Catalog und das Grundpaket wird erstellt, aber das Patch wird nicht geladen und somit keine Policy erstellt usw.
Bei Shavlik habe ich das gefunden und könnte mir das als Ursache vorstellen https://community.shavlik.com/docs/DOC-24607 (Da sieht man den Unterschied zu PL, die soweit ich es ja verstanden habe, Patches selber packt, während APM original Dateien benutzt.
In dem Dokument oben wird dieser Link angegeben https://community.shavlik.com/docs/DOC-24407 welches beschreibt, wie man Patches manuell (in Shavlik for Windows) einbaut. Frage ist wie macht man das in APM?
Werde das trotzdem als BUG melden, das sowas von APM gefixt werden bzw. umgangen werden muss.

I'm using wavelink telnet 7.3 VT version on a Datalogic Rhino II .
I have an external usb keybord and when i try to use the combination SHIFT + Fonction keys it wron't work
For example i want to use the F14 key, so in other emulation terminal ( ite for instance), i normally do shift+F2 ( to get F14) but it 's not working with this emulator.
Or can i activate the shift+fonction key ?

bei Neuinstallation Windows 10 1809 und auch Inplace Migration auf 1809 ordnet sich der DSM Client nach der OS Installation bei mir immer der Offline Site zu
obwohl Rechner eine IP Adresse an der LAN Netzwerkkarte hat.
Der Rechner hat auch noch Wireless...
bei Windows 1709 gab es diese Probleme so noch nicht.

erst wenn der Rechner online ist und ich den DSM Dienst neu starte erkennt er die IP Adresse und ordnet er sich der richtigen Site zu

This APP-V Chrome package is not the default viewer.
